Our Initiatives: PropNex Education Awards

The PropNex Education Awards provide support to students from primary to tertiary levels, offering meaningful support to help them continue their education and achieve their fullest potential.

Awards tiers will be given based on the education level as follows:

Primary / Secondary

$2,000

Junior Colleges / Millennia Institute/ Institutes of Technical Education

$3,000

Polytechnics

$4,000

Autonomous Universities (NUS, NTU, SMU, SIT, SUTD and SUSS)

Eligibility

  • The PropNex Education award is eligible for only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents (PR).

  • Applicants must be studying in Government/Government-Aided/Independent Schools under the Ministry of Education: Primary or Secondary, Junior Colleges, Institutes of Technical Education, Millennia Institute, Polytechnics or Autonomous Universities.

  • Gross Monthly Household Income (GHI) does not exceed $7,500 or Per Capita Income (PCI) does not exceed $2,000.

How To Apply

Note:

  • For a seamless application process, please prepare the necessary documents for submission:

  • NRIC/Birth Certificate for all family members in same residential address

  • Latest 3 months' payslips for employed household members

  • Supporting documents for other sources of income (e.g. rental agreements)

  • Latest Examination Result Slip

  • CPF Contribution Statements for last 12 months for all family members

  • Bank Statement show the account holder's name, bank name and account number

  • Submission of applications has to be done via this portal. Applications sent via fax or email will not be accepted.
